The team supports the Global Banking business in its transformation, managing key initiatives with a strong impact (such as on the ESG, industrialisation, globalisation of the business, etc.).
P4P is a competitive alternative to external consulting firms through its full coverage of the project value chain (from framing to implementation).
P4P has developed in recent years a record track of Front-to-Back-to-IT projects.
The Lisbon P4P team was, until recently, part of the C&T organization. Although now a separate and fully autonomous GB team in Lisbon, the P4P Lisbon team aims to remain part of the overall C&T environment and in close working relationship with its ecosystem.
