The job
- You are responsible for understanding business processes and translating these needs into clear functional specifications for the technical teams.
- You gather and analyse the needs of users and stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed meet operational requirements
- You write detailed functional specifications and requirements documents that will serve as a guide for the development teams.
- You help the team effectively manage the backlog with the PO and co-construct the planning of upcoming developments
- You insure the follow up of the reported incidents or changes in the appropriated tools.
Your profile
- You thrive in dynamic settings where you constantly must (re-) prioritize.
- You are structured, pragmatic and have the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- You have excellent communication and facilitator skills.
- Technical skills/knowledge like SQL, Camunda are required, HTML, Java scripts, Jasper soft are a plus.
- Ideally, you have experience working in a financial institution
- You are Dutch-speaking or French-speaking and have a good knowledge of the other language, and you are fluent in English.
