BNP Paribas IT teams are providing infrastructure, development and production support services to all applications used worldwide by all business lines. There is a great variety of technologies and infrastructures from legacy systems to cutting edge Cloud technologies.

Within BNP Paribas Group IT, the filiere “FORTIS” oversees operationally to the challenges of IT applications with an end-to-end vision and consistently across the Bank. Several domains of these filiere contribute to this, including the domain Control Center, DB Activities, Move2Cloud, Middleware services, Web Security.

Position Purpose

Service Management   & Governance for ISPL ITG Fortis.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Budget management & tracking
  • Preparing SteerCo decks for teams within ITG Ops
  • Service Management (SLA Adherence, KPIs,…) 
  • Process Controls
  • Coordinating with Support functions (OPC, BCM…)
  • Follow-up on Audits
  • Business Continuity 
  • Helping with Recruitment activities
  • Driving initiatives
  • ADHOC Activities.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Control and manage budget and maintain the repository UpToDate.
  • Working on different steerco decks and should be error less. Should be good at citation and good write up skills. 
  • Work with different team at ISPL on controls initiative taken. Should make sure to adhere to it. 
  • Coordinating with OPC and BCM team. Should make sure data is maintained upto date. 
  • Assist in recruitment and maintain the recruitment tracker up to date. 
  • To make sure all the control applied from audit perspective.  
  • Yearly updates of document and maintain the accessible tracker. 
  • Manage end-to-end technology infrastructure services relative to Delivery, Quality, and Cost.
  • Review sourcing and supply strategies, including overall management of external vendors and internal service providers against contractual commitments.
  • Financial Management - Manage service budget

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Should be good in MS Excel, Powerpoint. 
  • Good Communication
  • Good experience on Service Management & ITIL Processes
  • Exposure to budgets and Audits
  • Good to have Power BI knowledge
