Project Management Officer

Join us as Project Management Officer in Private Capital IT team, where you will take care of the supplier, budget and resource management. It is a unique opportunity for you to become a part of the international agile team located in Paris, Luxembourg, Warsaw, Cracow and Chennai. 

Project Management Officer 

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that supplier management of the team is in line with global processes, including:   
  • Financial monitoring 
  • Contract management 
  • Supplier relationship 
  • Maintenance of a supplier/software/contract repository 
  • Providing a synthetic view of supplier management during steering committees 
• Consolidating and synchronizing the team’s resource repository and headcount trajectories 
• Consolidation of headcount trajectories and direct expenses 
• Distribution of resources and direct expenses in Clarity tool 
• Management of dashboards to monitor and report team’s budget 
• Participating in and organizing team's steering committees
• Ensuring global and locals teams KPIs are respected

Requirements:

• You have more than 2 years of experience as a PMO, project manager or supplier manager within IT 
• You are fluent in English language (C1) 
• You specialise in MS Office tools, particularly in Excel 
• You have good analytical skills 
• You are proactive, autonomous, organized 
• You can both analyze details and communicate a synthetic view 
• You have experience in cooperating between different teams (managers, technical teams, other PMOs and supplier management teams, procurement, operational teams, etc.) 
• Nice-to-have: 
  • You are proficient in contract and vendor management 
  • You have experience in Clarity project set up and management 
  • You can benefit from using SharePoint and Power BI
