Global Markets, the capital markets division of CIB, provides cross-asset investment, hedging and financing opportunities to corporate and institutional clients, as well as private and retail banking networks. Global Markets' sustainable long term business model seamlessly connects clients to capital markets in EMEA, Asia Pacific and the Americas, with innovative solutions and digital platforms across two major business lines: FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities) and Equities. Our Portugal Platform stands as a major European HUB and a unique player in the country, boasting a wide range of Front Office roles and services.
Your Main Activities Are
As a FICC Business Manager, your missions will consist in:
- Manipulating and formatting the data in order to create and maintain accurate reports on Client Contribution, P&L and other metrics
- Being responsible for creating/collating presentations for Management committees
- Permission owner for some of the Global Markets systems
- Helping in the maintenance of accurate Sales and Trading mandates;
- Analyzing headcount files and related data
- Supporting Sales and Trading Management with analysis on Client Contribution, Revenues and other KPIs
- Identifying opportunities for synergies, possible automations and improvements on current processes
Profile and Skills to Success
- Masters Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance
- Previous experience in Finance / Capital Markets roles
- Perfect fluency in English
- Excellent Excel skills (VBA is a plus), with an analytical mind-set
- Clearly exhibited decision-making and problem-solving skill
- Very strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and to manage time accordingly
- Autonomous, capable of initiatives, multi-tasking, fast-learner, pro-active
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
