To expand our Business Transformation department at Suurstoffi in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a dynamic and resilient person as

Arval Switzerland - Business Engineer (90 - 100%, all genders)

Your tasks: You

  • Develop and implement business engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies as well as RPAs
  • Platform Change Management to maintain, develop and improve platforms, manage request for change, configure and test in compliance with the business strategy, processes and priorities
  • Improve communication and coordination between business units to streamline decision-making and ensure standardized processes
  • Define and track KPIs, report on performance and highlight improvement potential
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to align operational initiatives with financial planning
  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization
  • Support teams in adopting new tools, technologies, and processes
  • Conduct training programs in process optimization and business engineering

Your profile

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business engineering, process improvement or operational roles
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and working closely with Finance departments
  • Experience in the leasing or banking sector is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills and structured working style
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
