Arval Switzerland - Business Engineer (90 - 100%, all genders)
Your tasks: You
- Develop and implement business engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies as well as RPAs
- Platform Change Management to maintain, develop and improve platforms, manage request for change, configure and test in compliance with the business strategy, processes and priorities
- Improve communication and coordination between business units to streamline decision-making and ensure standardized processes
- Define and track KPIs, report on performance and highlight improvement potential
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to align operational initiatives with financial planning
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization
- Support teams in adopting new tools, technologies, and processes
- Conduct training programs in process optimization and business engineering
Your profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business engineering, process improvement or operational roles
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and working closely with Finance departments
- Experience in the leasing or banking sector is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills and structured working style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
