FOOD, the new CSR book of BNP Paribas Investment Partners

BNP Paribas Investment Partners publishes Food, a CSR book, produced in cooperation with Yann Arthus-Bertrand and his GoodPlanet Foundation as well as Erik Orsenna of the French Academy.  

With FOOD, BNP Paribas Investment Partners opens a new chapter on a key challenge facing us all – food, the central theme of the 2015 Universal Exposition held in Milan, Italy. 

This publication come after AQUA, CLIMAT[e] and VILLAGE, which explored essential issues namely access to water, climate change and man’s habitat, BNP Paribas Investment Partners

Through this new book fits BNP Paribas Investment Partners’commitment to provide its customers with responsible investment solutions by offering recognised SRI products and expertise and strengthened its commitment to stakeholders in May 2015 by being the first mainstream asset manager to sign the Montréal Carbon Pledge and to publish the carbon footprint of a selection of Parvest range equity funds. In November, BNP Paribas Investment Partners renewed its commitment to act on behalf of a low-carbon economy by joining the Portfolio Decarbonization Coalition.   

It is also worth noting the launching of the funds Parvest SMaRT Food, helping to reduce pollution levels and fight global warming as well as providing better quality food.
