Working Student (all genders) Support Officer Strategic Clients Germany at Corporate & Institutional Banking

The Strategic Clients Coverage Team supports the most important strategic corporates (DAX 40) of BNP Paribas in Germany in terms of all corporate and investment banking topics.
The Support Officer (SO) is a pivotal and administrative role in the operational management of client relationships within the Strategic Clients Team. The SO will provide comprehensive administrative support for the RMs and Associates.
You will act as the first point of contact for many internal operational inquiries and support the RMs and Associates in administrative tasks in the context of managing the client relationships. As such, the SO role provides a unique opportunity to get a broad overview on Corporate Coverage activities and how relationship with large cap clients are being managed.

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Responsible within the team for KYC / Compliance processes (both domestic and cross border) including due diligence / research on new entities to be onboarded
- Interact and coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding account openings and support in implementation of cash management setups
- Contribute to the Commercial Greenlight and other credit related processes with the RMs and Associates; stay in contact / exchange information with the Contributors RMs globally
- Further Support Tasks:
- Stay up-to-date with recent corporate news, summarize relevant announcements and financial results
- Seamless cooperation with local and central Client Intelligent Services teams to ensure correct data warehousing in all relevant matters (client architecture, revenue and pipeline management)
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- A student in Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics or equivalent
- Work transversally across the organization and maintain high standards of professionalism in all dealings with team members and external clients
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to express ideas and concepts in a clear and concise way
- Organized; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a challenging environment
- Team-Player, proactive and self-motivated
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of German
