Specialist in TA Cash Team

Requirements:

  • Very good verbal and written English language skills
  • University degree (Finance, Economics) or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in investment funds or payments area will be an advantage
  • High accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proactive approach
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills: team work, communication, collaborative attitude

Responsibilities: 

  • Investigation of cash breaks 
  • Investigation of share discrepancies for clearstream transactions
  • Processing internal and external payments 
  • Matching pre-advice of incoming payment with payment and cancellation of pre-advice
  • Processing correction of subscriptions, redemptions and switch orders that were input with errors
  • Chasing investors for unpaid subscriptions and unsettled transactions
  • Reconciliation of cash movements 
  • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to clients and internal teams
  • Cooperation with service partners in Luxembourg, Dublin and Warsaw
  • Participation in process optimalization and automation projects
