Commercial Banking Germany, a subset of Banque des Entreprises Luxembourg (BEL), focuses on the market for medium-sized companies and works mainly with local companies in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland active at the national and international level and facing increasingly complex financing needs.
We offer classic as well as tailor- made banking services and solutions through our Commercial Banking Germany team based in Grevenmacher.

WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
The Commercial Banking Senior Relationship Manager directly manages a portfolio of companies with a turnover > 7,5M€ up to 250M€
- You are the primary contact point for client needs and representing BGL BNP Paribas.
- You have a commercial instinct and demonstrate proactivity.
- You will develop a strong relationship with your clients and market all BGL BNP Paribas products together with business lines securing recurring business and increase the level of revenues
- You perform commercial tasks such as preparing visits, organizing presentations/pitches, research and handle complaints as responsible for customer satisfaction.
- You analyze the financial situation of your clients, prepare credit requests and defend it in the relevant committees
- You keep the client files up to date and gather the relevant information from the customer and internally within the bank. From correspondence to credit applications: you embody quality.

Your working environment
- Location of the position: Agence Grevenmacher, 6793 Grevenmacher/Luxembourg
- The team consists of 1 Head of Commercial Banking Germany, 7 (Senior-)Relationship Managers, 1 Special Credit Manager and 3 Commercial Assistants
- You have interactions with numerous teams of the bank, notably with Risk, Global Trade Solutions, Global Markets, Leasing, Arval, Compliance, KYC Office, etc.

ARE YOU OUR FUTURE SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER?
Professional experience and/or degree
- Studies of Finance/Economics or comparable academic education, alternatively a banking apprenticeship plus further educational background
- Relevant professional experience (5-10 years) as relationship manager for commercial or corporate customers, preferably in an international set-up
- Broad knowledge of the small and midcap universe
- Sound expertise in financial statement and risk analyses
