Private Capital Quality Control & Tax Team Leader with French
Requirements:
- Experience in people management in financial process driven environment
- Experience in process re-engineering: automation, migration or optimization
- Mindset tilted towards innovation, efficiency and curiosity
- Structured communication; critical and constructive mindset
- Nice to have: experience with AI projects
- Fluency in French and English (min. B2 level)
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic vision and be supportive in driving changes in Quality Control and French Tax teams;
- Foster a human-centered leadership approach: maintain close proximity with team members to encourage collaboration, trust, and engagement
- Monitor individuals’ development and upskill the team
- Manage team governance; ensure risks are monitored and mitigated
- Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
