Performance Superintendent

Responsabilities include:

• Work closely with senior leadership to define the strategic objectives of the ETO (Efficiency, Technology and Operations) area and identify how performance can be optimized to achieve these objectives;
• Monitor strategic KPIs (such as revenue growth, market share, operational efficiency) and apply analyzes to predict trends, identify problems and point out opportunities for improvement;
• Lead specific projects or initiatives to optimize the organization's performance in accordance with the defined strategy, implementing changes in processes or operations;
• Ensure that ETO's strategic plans are always aligned with those of the organization, making adjustments when necessary to take advantage of new opportunities or respond to emerging challenges;
• Interact with different parts of the organization (and even external parties, such asstrategic partners) to align and strengthen performance initiatives.

DesirableSkills/Experience:

• Educated to degree level
• Experience in leadership especially in areas of performance, strategic planning or business consultancy;
• Solid knowledge inKPIs, OKRs, project management, organizational transformation, technology and innovation;
• Advanced English.
