About the Team

  • The CIB Marketing and Communication Shared Service Center (SSC) is a strategic partner to BNP Paribas business lines worldwide. The area is focused on commercial and strategic developments, in order to strengthen & differentiate the BNPP brand externally, help enhance the relationships with existent clients and broaden the Group’s customer base.

    The Client Insight team is responsible for designing and implementing several research programs to support both business and leadership team.

About the Job

  • The team is looking for a communicative, driven and rigorous Marketing Research Officer to help on the set-up, field coordination, analysis and insights delivery of the the different research initiatives in the team (for example: the Client Satisfaction Survey).

    The role will focus on the support of the existing research programs and simultaneously design and implement new projects to support the business and our strategy. You will report to the Head of client insight and collaborate closely with the broader Marketing teams to leverage expertise and resources.


Your Main Activities Are
  • Market research strategy       
    • As a member of the team, you will be part of the group that defines the market research strategy and its derived results analysis plan 
      • Design and develop new research project to support business strategy
  • Source, develop and deliver market research content
    • Explore existing data to design and implement new research projects to support the business
    • Design and implement questionnaires and data collection, which includes:
      • the Client Satisfaction Program
      • coordination of Industry surveys program produced by an external provider, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure BNP Paribas Securities Services performance across the different surveys / locations
  • Manage data collection
    • Questionnaire set up in survey tools (Qualtrics, Vocazza)
    • Analyze and build results reports
    • Analyze and follow up of the data Quality in the CRM tool to guarantee that all contacts are accurate
    • Status update and Reporting in the different phases of the projects - target list evolution, response rate evolution and client engagement
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders
    • Collaborate with and support Client Insight team 
    • Ensure coordination with other stakeholders supporting the development of specific marketing, communication or insights strategies related with research initiatives, including content collection, formatting and distribution of distribution channels and monitoring of social media sites

Profile and Skills to Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics or other relevant areas
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in Marketing & Communications
  • Advanced data analysis and customer insights experience
  • English fluent
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software programs applicable to position and achievement of goals, namely statistical software - as Data Viz, Blending , Analytics, Power Bi, Tableau, Customer satisfaction monitoring tools, SPSS, SAS, Excel VBA 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills with experience developing client-focused content such as client surveys and interviews scripts, data analysis and support presentations
  • Must demonstrate superior written, interpersonal, project management skills, notably with proven success in meeting tight deadlines
  • Use analytics to monitor and participate to data analysis, and produce support presentations 
  • Strong innovative and critical thinking
