The Role:

 Working as part of the Finance Function here at BNP Paribas PF UK, you will be responsible for Marketing collateral quality assurance across marketing campaigns. You will maintain compliant standards and integrity of all Marketing Collateral and processes and Co-ordinate the Marketing Workstream on Corporate projects, product and regulatory changes where Marketing Collateral and / or process require updates.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Key internal point of contact for retrieval of documents from archive system
• Management, control and development of the Digital Asset Management system, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily retrievable in an easily useable format 
• Acting as ‘Fresh Pair’ on documentation when required as part of the sign off process. 
• Acting as Marketing Workstream co-ordinator for projects that affect Marketing Collateral. Act as lead on projects that are agreed with Head of Marketing Planning. 
• Working with 3rd party suppliers to ensure consistent approach and achieve project deadlines 
• Gain a good understanding of Marketing services audit processes and constantly look to evidence that the processes are being followed correctly 

Skills & Attributes:

• Understanding of marketing and print/design production 
• Commercial awareness 
• PC literate, especially with spreadsheets, word processing and electronic mail packages 
• Analytical skills 
• Organisational skills 
• Attention to detail
