(Junior) Fund Accountant in Transactions Team
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of previous experience in financial area for Specialist Position, we are open for graduates or students with ability to work full time for Junior Position
- Practical knowledge and understanding of various types of financial instruments (equities, bonds, ETD/OTC derivatives), basic understanding of this area for Junior Position
- Understanding of bookkeeping principles and fund accounting
- Knowledge and understanding of different Corporate Action types
- Knowledge of Multifonds accounting systems will be an asset
- Knowledge of Bloomberg/Reuters will be an asset
- Analytical skills and attention to details
- Good communication skills with English at least on intermediate level (B2)
- Accountability and client focused mindset
- High motivation and engagement
- Good command of MS Office
Responsibilities:
As a member of Transactions Team, you will be responsible for:
- Booking of all transactions related to the fund in line with instructions received from clients/brokers
- Review and analysis of any potential deviations on received instructions to ensure proper data is inserted into accounting system
- Reconciliation of accounted movements against reports received from counterparties
- Dealing with CA’s, OTC and collateral products
- Acting as point of contact for various stakeholders
- Support of less experienced colleagues in their daily duties in Specialist Position
