Main Purpose Statement

To drive revenue growth by proactively selling RCS products to new and existing customers, ensuring exceptional service quality and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with new and existing RCS customers
  • Conducting outbound calls to existing and new potential customers
  • Proactively manage and follow up on leads within a defined CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure optimal conversion rates.
  • Maintain an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of all RCS products, features, pricing structures, and competitive advantages.
  • Informing customer of the product and the process required to apply for the relevant RCS product
  • Adhere strictly to all regulatory requirements
  • Accurately capture and update all customer interactions and sales outcomes in the designated system immediately after each call.
  • Achieving and surpassing set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), specifically including Sales Volume, Quality Assurance (QA) metrics, and Lead-to-Sale Conversion Rates
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects given by Team Leader

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • 6 to 12 months Telemarketing Sales experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
