Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits
you
- Supporting the team lead in preparation of client
meetings and marketing of the product offering
- Assisting the organization of local validations of new
products
- Sales support e.g. providing marketing documents on
the internal share point, distribution of product related information to Front
and Head Office teams
- Handling the onboarding process of new clients in the
systems and with business partners
- Organizing the process of capital calls and fee
deductions of the current products
- Preparation of Front Office Calls with internal and
external product specialists, handling the invitation process and the after
sales activities
Expertise
& Soft Skills: What you offer
- Diploma or Master degree, theoretical or practical
experiences in Financial Markets
- Agile, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic student who
can thrive under pressure and work well within a team
- Ability to anticipate and adapt processes
- Fully proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Excel
and MS PowerPoint
- Fluent language skills in German and English
