The role
BNP Paribas Real Estate has an exciting new opportunity for an IT Administrator Estate in the 2nd line team of the IT Support Department. The successfully candidate will be joining a young and tightknit team working in an exciting and dynamic environment and they will be interacting with staff members across the business. The role will allow the successful candidate a golden opportunity to grow and learn as they join us on our mission to enable business goals through applied use of technology. The position is based in London with some possible travel to other UK offices.
Roles and responsibilities
Responsible for all accepts of administration and mobile device management for UK Support team. You will need to be a passionate customer advocate who possesses the right balance of intuition and resourcefulness to deliver a world-class customer experience.
Main Accountabilities
• Processing new starters: account creation, application permissions
• Processing leavers: shutting down of accounts, facilitating return of equipment.
• Oversee and maintain Vodafone accounts and contracts
• Mobile Setups on IOS.
• Mobile Device management
• Reporting
• Updating all internal systems to reflect user changes
• Managing access requests to applications
• Purchase ordering
• Cover for support team where necessary

Person specification
Essential Qualifications/Essential Experience
• GCSE level qualifications including Maths and English
• Good IT skills with a excellent working knowledge of Excel
• Experience of a previous IT role
• Previous experience of asset management
