About this opportunity
We are looking for our Insurance Manager & Fleet Services Specialist for a fixed term position for 9 month to cover a parental leave.
Main scope of the role
It is the Insurance Manager's mission to enhance our operations, organization and technical platforms related to Insurance topics. As a Fleet Services (Claims) Specialist you will reach efficiency by implementing local knowledge and experience together with group, proven best practices. You will also make sure that Arval clients and drivers gets the best possible service related to accident management. This is a fixed term position for 9 month to cover a parental leave.
What you will do
- Insurance Manager
- Operational topics related to insurance of vehicles
- Be the local resource on Insurance related topics
- Keep databases and reporting up to date
- Insurance pricing
- Coordinate between Greenval and Arval
- Participate in checking monthly controls
- Fleet Services Specialist (Claims Specialist)
- Register damage cases in Dynamos
- Steering towards body repair network
- Coordination of short-term rentals with Arval's suppliers related to repair
- Approval of repair costs
- Processing of invoices.
- Daily support to colleagues.
- In addition to above defined task, Fleet Services Specialist shall also perform other duties designated by the local management from time to time.
Relevant experience and requirements
- Experience with insurance and/or claims management

- Mature, dynamic, and self-motivated individual
- Insurance and/or technical knowledge of body repair
- Good understanding/easiness to learn IT systems
- Precise and analytic
- Norwegian and English speaking
