Global Business Change Management Officer (H/F)

If you have Private Capital Operational experience working on eFront platform, looking for new challenges out of the operations but allowing you to continue to grow your Private Capital knowledge, this opportunity could be yours if you are also interested in automation & harmonization of processes.
The Global Business Change Management team is responsible of transversal (multi-location & multi-services) Private Capital projects, liaising mainly with Operations Teams and IT department to ensure the Change delivery from the request to the implementation.
Your mission:
Working with business representatives to understand and challenge cross locations-requirements, scope and validate acceptance criteria resulting to the following tasks:
- Analyse and document/update the Private Capital business processes (could be from Investor registry to Regulatory Reporting, including Asset Ownership or Accounting)
- Identify opportunities for operational and control enhancements across the Private Capital business domain
- Define mappings & business rules to achieve compatibility between “as is” and “to be” models
- Participate to the prioritization of the change request among the other with N+1
- Assistance during User Acceptance Testing as required
- Manage daily progress of changes working closely to IT Teams
- Ensure relationship between Operations & IT Teams
- Ensure maintenance of User guides & other referential
- Ensure implementation of the changes cross-location
- Organize workshop cross-location when needed
- Ensure proper project management & status understandable from lower to higher level of the hierarchy Private Capital
