Your Main Activities Are
- Be part of the team responsible for the lifecycle of GM’s brokers and for business management for brokerage (for example on-boarding, recertifications, guidance)
- Be part of the team responsible for the brokerage tariffs (for example ensure a comprehensive and accurate log and storage of rate cards) and brokerage fees monitoring (i.e. invoicing lifecycle, fees paid, business activity)
- Support the relationship management for Brokers (for example prepare excel data and supports for negotiations campaigns or benchmarking)
- Support the transversal initiatives internally (automation, analysis, etc) and with the other wide GM’s projects (TOM Fees, Verdi)
- Be a point of contact for Brokerage with the different stakeholders within the team but also with Front Office (Trading, BMs), Operations (CEP, FCMT), etc.
- Identify and propose initiatives to improve the efficiency of processes and/or cost efficiency
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master degree in Management or Engineering
- Up to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Interest in Financial Markets
- Fluent in English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to collaborate / Teamwork with a wide range of stakeholders
- Organization skills and proactivity
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Ability to deliver / results driven and problem solving
About the Team
- “GM Brokerage” team is a global team that sits within Global Markets to ensure the end to end management of brokerage (fully for Agency Brokerage, partly for Matched Principals) for all business lines and all territories.
- As part of the global GM Brokerage team, the Support team acts as a connection internally to the brokerage team, split between London and Lisbon, but also with the various stakeholders involved in the lifecycle management of brokerage:
- It is notably responsible for implementing and innovating automations and admin tasks and supporting processes.
- It is created and designed to perform the different type of queries coming from the stakeholders across GBLs as well as to have flexible and adjustable way of communication, according to the multiple stakeholders' languages and needs
- BAU is also responsible to ensure all the Brokerage fees paid out of Europe, are being applied & paid according BNPP guidelines
