About Business line/Function:
Under BNP Paribas IT Group, Finance and Risk Solutions (FRS) is the IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility, and time-to-market. FRS is within IT transversal functions (ITTF) in ITG.
ITTF/FRS is a worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices. The FRS organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams.

Position Purpose
As a Business Analyst in Performance Management Entity Level department (in FRS), you are going to integrate with a team of more than 70 people who are maintaining and adapting applications dedicated to Bank analytical management accounting, bank performance and client profitability indicators.
The job is positioned in the C3/Baccarat team being today composed of 9 people (in Paris and Mumbai) with both Business analysts and developers.
C3 (Consolidated X Client X Cube) is an application that allows Performance Managers (+/- 500 users worldwide) to analyze client profitability for corporate clients and financial institutions by providing a consolidated dataset on Revenues, Risks and deposits (liquidity) and client referential.
Baccarat is an additional module used by Performance Managers to input and consolidate Forecast & budget figures during Annual budget process.
The main tasks of the job are to ensure the functional run (monthly closing with recurrent tasks) and functional support to users. C3 Business analyst is also involved in projects as a contributor or as a main participant depending on the size of the topic.
Responsibilities
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
The main tasks on functional run are to:
- Collaborate with users’ teams in Paris and Mumbai and the other tools team all over the world.
- Participate into the users’ daily support and monthly functional run and support needed during C3 monthly closing to validate monthly performance indicators and publish results to reporting tools.
- Ensure operational checks during C3 monthly closing and all operational tasks on C3/Baccarat / Fed layer / final reporting tool.
- Write or update any needed documents such as Functional run procedures, user guides, Data dictionary, …
- Give ideas to improve functional run and/or communication.
The main tasks on projects are to:
- Consider users functional and reporting requirements (from study to tests and delivery)
- Analyze business and technical requirements considering existing solutions.
- Write or update any needed documents such as Requirements study, Functional specifications, user guides, Data dictionary, …
- Perform functional tests on both C3 and Baccarat applications (write Functional tests strategy, do the tests with trace the tests results, write the acceptance test document)
- Communicate to all the stakeholders (application business owner and user teams, Dev team, other IT teams, …) on the projects status

• Knowledge of Alteryx tool is a “plus”
