Their programme supports over 250 new trainee and apprentices each year, and offer them the opportunity to attend networking events and technical training sessions throughout the year whilst completing their internship. Business Area

Securities Services is a leading global custodian and securities services specialist that provides multi-asset post-trade and asset servicing solutions for buy and sell-side market participants, corporates and issuers.

The Change & Transformation department is made up of the following teams:

-    Transitions 

-    Change 

-    Client Implementation TeamRl,9

-    Transformation

-    Business Solutions Unit

This position sits within the Change & Transformation team, whose key functions are detailed in the next section.

Job Purpose

Key activities performed by the Change & Transformation team are listed below:

•    Client Change activities and management

•    New funds launching & closing

•    New client onboardings

•    Transformational projects & programmes

•    Regulatory Programmes

•    Business solutions & processes

This is a great opportunity for someone to assist in C&T strategic initiatives and bring their own thoughts and insights to the numerous initiatives that are run across the department.

Core accountabilities of role

•    Assist in the planning and execution of transformational projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

•    Support senior project managers in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

•    Coordinate with various departments, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery.

•    Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

•    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

•    Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.

•    Participate in project meetings and workshops, providing input and taking minutes as required.

•    Assist in the development and implementation of project governance frameworks.

•    Manage department wide reporting

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Desirable:

•    Good MS Office skills, including Excel & PowerPoint

Competencies required for the role:

•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

•    Delivery focused

•    Excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.

•    Ability to plan and organise workload, taking into account relative and conflicting priorities
