Processing of incoming instructions for the custody activity.
Handling tax reclaims and tax relief at source resulting from Corporate Actions activity.
Communicating to clients with SWIFT CA messages and responding to enquiries through emails.
Reconciliation of entitlements and, or cash, related to Custody transactions.
Contacting with Paying Agents, Issues, Greek & Cypriot Stock Exchange, Bank of Greece and Local Tax Authorities to monitor Corporate Actions events.
Contacting with Legal Advisors in Greece and Cyprus to monitor laws related to Corporate Actions activity.
Preparation of Corporate Actions reports.
Participation in projects related to market changes.
Meeting with clients and assisting the supervisor in presentations / demonstrations when necessary.
