Investment Analytics and Data Service (IADS) team is a department of BNP ISPL providing performances and reporting services to Asset Managers and Institutional clients. Services provided by IADS include state of the art performances and risks calculations delivered on line or through wide range of reports (accounting packs, Investment reviews, Solvency II) or data feeds.

Position Purpose
IADS (formerly IRP) BCM is a global team which bridges Business teams and IT, in implementing Change Requests and Process Changes. Analysts in BCM team cater to variety of changes received via business requirements from Products, Regulatory, Spoke locations, Client Facing, OPS production Centers and IT.
·Lead business change programs
·Define pre-requirements and Business needs to improve global activity proposing harmonized and standardized process enhancements solutions matching with the global strategic plan
·Provide help and assistance to Operational teams
·Coordinate & facilitate communication with co-workers (Business, IT, Support, other business lines)
·Define & implement best business practices
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth Project delivery from Chennai team, few driven completely by Chennai while on other projects, BCM team will align with the Global BCM team.
- Propose and provide advice about the feasibility and suitability of possible solution to optimise Performance reporting operations
- Review BCM docs such as PID, BRD, test cases and stakeholder article
- Be in charge of maintenance of evolution of IADS systems. Ensure proper innovation and design are in line with legacy systems
- Keep tracking the Change Request Management
- Conduct Meetings with multiple locations to understand the need and report the progress on the agreed services.
- Recruitment, Training, People Management, Resource Planning, Addressing the Interpersonal issues, Team building etc.,
- Work with Chennai Operation Managers to implement improvements to current production processes
- Individual should be experienced in driving projects from conception to delivery.
- Projects can range from new web development, introducing changes to existing systems, migration of system functionalities to new avenues, building reports, or building new products.
- Formalize & share business project roadmap and strategic vision plan
- Follow up the projects portfolios
- Contribute to productivity by ensuring sustainability of core projects and tools
- Contribute to Identify weaknesses in the current process & system
- Recommend improvements minimizing manual workload and reducing risks
- Define & implement best business practices.
- Propose enhancements in line with market evolution or regulatory constraints
- Collect Business investment ideas and requests for initiatives
- Propose harmonized and standardized process enhancements solutions matching with the global strategic plan
Contributing Responsibilities
·Represent IADS BCM Chennai in the management meetings
·Provide leadership skills and set clear team objectives
·Review and appraise IADS BCM team staff against annual objectives
·Service delivery of IADS BCM Chennai
·Ensure that efficient escalation process is in place for service deliveries related topics
·Allocation of activities to the team
·Set up and follow up of BP2S/IADS processes required for coordination of IADS developments and maintenance.
- Review and validate the Requirements provided by IT, in order to ascertain that the solution proposed by IT is functionally coherent with the request
- Check and validate the IT testing strategy
- Define the objective of End User tests and their organization
- Update User Guides with IT contribution
- Prepare training documentation with IT contribution &Perform training
- Provide help and assistance to Operational teams
·Recommend and implement improvements to service for both clients and BPSS Investment, in terms of efficiencies and new products and services
- Contribute to answer RFP and participate to Due Diligence
·Investigate, document, report and resolve issues and recommend corrective action where appropriate.

Specific Qualifications (if required)
·Post-Graduation
·Fluent in English
·Minimum 6 -8 years of experience
·Strong financial & process expertise
·Technical knowledge of financial instruments (Equities, Bonds, Options…)
·Mandatory Experience in Performance Measurement, Calculation Methodologies & Analytics
·Extensive experience (preferably with Certification) in Project Management
·Knowledge on B-One, Factset, JIRA , OCTANE, Office Tools (with Excel expertise) is a must
