About Business line/Function:
The Intermediate Holding Company (“IHC”) program structured at the U.S. level across poles of activities of BNP Paribas provides guidance, supports the analysis, impact assessment and drives adjustments of the U.S. platform’s operating model due to the drastic changes introduced by the Enhanced Prudential Standards (“EPS”) for Foreign Banking Organizations (“FBOs”) finalized by the Federal Reserve in February 2014, implementing Section 165 of U.S. Dodd-Frank Act.
The IT Transversal Team is part of the Information Technology Group which works simultaneously on a wide range of projects arising from business, strategic initiatives, and regulatory changes and reengineering of existing applications to improve functionality and efficiency.

Position Purpose
To ensure that the candidate performs the Business analysis , support & KPI Activities in Reporting System like Axiom
Responsibilities
· Elicit, analyze, and document Business/Functional requirements and procedure documents
· Plan, test and document UAT/System/Integration testing up to successful delivery of project
· Co-ordinate with the stakeholders on sign off and approval of User/Business requirement, Test cases and Test results
· Deliver Functional Support and Business Analysis within agreed timeframe and managing issues and timely escalations
· Perform KPI automation analysis and prepare analysis report
· Be well versed with regulatory reporting concepts and Finance reporting knowhow.
· Liaise with cross-functional teams, business groups, IT and PMO organizations in New York, New Jersey, California, Montreal, Mumbai, London and Paris.
· Provide effective support to Axiom regulatory Reporting system users as part of the Finance Systems and Data Support team on a rotational basis
· SQL knowledge is important for analysis and troubleshooting support requests
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms
· Experienced in working with business users interpreting business specifications and generating rules / logic for application configuration.
· Ability to support stress during regulatory reports filing periods.
· Former Experiences within a Finance function in Banking and Financial Services
