Business Overview:
CIB Americas Trading Voice, Voice and Video team is part of Americas IT Production Infrastructure, specifically the Telecoms and Datacenter Domain. Our team is responsible for the implementation, operational oversight and administration of CIB Americas Trader Voice, Voice, and Video infrastructure for North and South America countries. Our team functions as Subject Matter Experts (SME) for all Voice and Video platforms, focusing on product architecture, engineering, change, upgrades, installations and regional rollouts, controls design and execution, technical documentation as well as knowledge distribution across the regions. Our goal is to deliver industry-leading Trader Voice, Voice, and Video services across the Americas. You will report to the Americas Trader Voice, Voice, and Video Manager. Scheduled weekend work and a rotational on-call support are required.

Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Support Engineer for Voice/Video environment including CUCM, CUC, UCCX, IOS Voice Gateways, Oracle SBC, ECB, EOM and Video servers (VCS/Expressway), focusing on low level administration and change, product monitoring, technical support, and testing of Voice infrastructure.
Additionally, provide overarching support and integration of dealer board / turret technologies (IPC Unigy) and Audio/Video rooms and infrastructures. Supporting North and South American countries.
- Deliver a range of Voice services including operations, administration, monitoring, controls, and Level 2/3 support for Voice platforms.
- Manage and monitor the Voice infrastructure, perform oversight of business readiness checks as required, and troubleshoot issues identified by health checks.
- Perform 3rd level support for Voice and Video Infrastructure.
- Work with system support team members in troubleshooting complex and/or cross platform issues.
- Raise tickets with Cisco TAC when incidents arise.
- Implement change in the voice infrastructure to rectify issues, manage obsolescence, improve service delivery, and provide service enhancements.
- Level 3 BAU support and change of Call Manager (CUCM 14.1), Unity Voicemail (CUC 14) and Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX 12.5).
- Level 3 BAU support and change of Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB) Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor (EOM).
- Apply patches and security updates to CUCM, CUC and UCCX including certificates updates/regeneration.
- Perform oversight of and drive remediation of software obsolescence for End of Life (EOL) products.
- Support Video and IPTV services (VCS and Expressway), Cisco video endpoints (personal and conference room codecs), Webex teams Control Hub, Vitec IPTV infrastructure.
- Adhere to internal controls and procedures, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
- Champion team collaboration, global alignment and knowledge sharing via our internal knowledge base tools.
- Liaise with external partners and vendors for support and change management.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a relevant experience.
- Confidence and expertise supporting critical business environments, especially Trader Voice, Voice, and Video technologies.
- Exceptional service orientation and service management methodologies (ITIL process, ServiceNow, ISTM production tools, Agile principles, JIRA, Confluence).
- Program/Project management methodologies.
- Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in a L2/L3 Engineering/Operations IT Support Role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve software application and performance issues.
- Voice Telephony platforms (Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Voice Gateways, Unity Connection Voicemail, MS Teams, Cisco Video Servers: VCS and Expressway and Cisco Video endpoints).
- Strong understanding of network concepts - TCP/IP and UDP, network ports and protocols, IP addressing and subnetting, firewall concepts and security rules, network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Expert understanding of SIP protocol and VoIP telephony.
- Working experience with database technologies and administration (MySQL, MSSQL)
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Call manager esp. version 14 and above, Cisco Voice infrastructure incl. Voice Gateways., Cisco Unity Connection and UCCX (incl scripting), Cisco Mobile Remote Access (MRA).
- Expressways -E and C., Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints.
- Advanced knowledge with Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) and Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB), Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor (EOM).
- Experience with Vitec IPTV solutions in a distributed environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows server and productivity tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Graphs, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a cross-functional global team.
- Ability to become key member of project teams and support members to achieve agreed milestones
- Proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude.

- Experience in working in a financial institution in technology or IT departments is a plus but required

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $115k to $195k annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
