Job Title: Vice President

Location: 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019

Duties: Support origination and execution of M&A activities in the Energy & Renewables sector. Manage multiple assignments and M&A transactions in parallel, prepare presentations, marketing materials, perform advanced financial analysis, and valuations. Coordinate deals with parties involved in transaction. Provide industry / market intelligence and competitive analysis for potential opportunities and assist in scoping investment banking deals in the Energy & Renewables sector. Establish effective working relationships and build credibility with internal and external constituents. *Telecommuting permitted 20%: Work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas Securities Corp office in New York, NY. *Travel - 20% within the USA, Canada, and Europe.

SALARY:   $225,000 - $250,000 / year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with the following: Bulge bracket or boutique investment banking; M&A or related investment banking experience; the energy, natural resources, and renewables sectors; preparing pitch books for M&A and strategic capital raises on business opportunities; using Fact Set, Bloomberg, and S&P Cap IQ.
