Team Leader in Trailer Fees
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in the Fund Industry preferably in Transfer Agency, with 1-3 years of team management experience.
- Fluent English
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate setup of fees and calculations, and deliver them on time as per the Client's Service Level Agreement (SLA) by leading the operational team. This includes coordinating with the team to meet SLA requirements and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate processes and resources to deliver department services and meet SLA requirements. This involves monitoring and reviewing processes to optimize their efficiency, ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) remain at the desired level.
- Secure, formalize, and evolve necessary controls and procedures to mitigate operational risk. This includes identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and implementing measures to minimize them.
- Build and maintain business relationships with stakeholders and clients to improve the quality of services provided. This involves regular communication, addressing client concerns, and identifying opportunities to enhance the service offering.
- Ensure all team members receive necessary training, development, and coaching to enhance their engagement with the company, strategy, and facilitate their career progression. This includes identifying training needs, creating development plans, and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Monitor and report on team performance, including KPIs, SLA adherence, and other relevant metrics. This involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously review and improve processes to ensure they remain efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's strategy. This involves identifying areas for improvement, proposing changes, and implementing new processes or procedures as needed.
- Ensure that all team activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This involves staying up-to-date with changes in regulations, policies, and procedures, and ensuring the team is aware of and adheres to them.
