About the role
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day operational delivery. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process on your allocated roles and act as a coach and mentor to other members of the Talent Acquisition team. You’ll also deputise for the Talent Acquisition Manager when required, and support on the delivery of key TA projects.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing effective relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders
- Proactively monitoring live campaigns, identifying and implementing additional interventions as required
- Preparing and presenting insights and recommendations where roles are proving hard-to-fill
- Delivering a high standard of candidate experience across all requisitions
- Ensuring compliance and governance standards are consistently adhered to
Who we’re looking for
It goes without saying that you’re a capable recruiter, with a passion for direct sourcing and experience of managing the full hiring lifecycle for a wide range of roles. You care deeply about candidate experience and understand its impact on employer brand. You also build strong working relationships with those around you and take pride in being seen as a trusted advisor.
You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – with the ability craft compelling job ads and other written communications
- Comfortable working with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems, and a general interest in recruitment technology and data
- Good attention to detail, and capable of working in a regulated environment with high levels of compliance and governance
- Plenty of curiosity and a desire to continually improve ways of working
The package
We offer a starting salary of up to £50,000, plus a bonus of up to £4,600. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
