The role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Director to join our successful National Country House Department. This role will focus on the Surrey and Berkshire prime & super prime country house market. This will predominantly involve the handling of country house sales over £2,500,000 with a variety of offices.
Responsibilities
• Achieve personal financial targets and budget, maximise gross profit
• Ensure delivery of timely and high quality advice and transactions to clients
• Meet with clients and assess their particular needs
• Register and manage applicants
• Conduct market appraisals
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Canvass for new business opportunities
• Liaise with solicitors
• Work with a variety of local offices
• Close deals
• High profile ambassador for Strutt and Parker / BNP Paribas Real Estate in area of expertise
• Undertake business planning activities in line with the company’s aims
• Assist in developing initiatives to improve revenue and profitability
• An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
Person specification
Qualifications:
• Must hold a full, valid driving licence
Experience
• Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills
• Significant track record within the local residential sector with a broad cross section of clients and ideally in selling country house sales over £2.5m
• Proven fee earner
• Self starter and can work with little supervision and, where appropriate, under pressure
• Demonstrate a knowledge of the market which you operate within
• Has external recognition and is influential in the market
