Position Purpose

Responsibilities
· Trade Support: Assist traders in post-trade process of fixed income trades, including corporate bonds, government bonds, CDS, to ensure smooth front to back trade life cycle.
· Trade Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of trades, including matching trade details with counterparties and resolving discrepancies.
· Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly P&L for management purposes.
· Communication: Liaise with internal parties (e.g. Trading, Sales, Business Managers, Operations, IT, Risk, Finance, Compliance, Legal etc.) and external counterparties to facilitate smooth trade execution and settlement.
· Process Improvement / Control Framework: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve trading processes, systems, and workflows. Participate in product developments, system migrations, and system enhancements.
· Compliance / Conduct: Abide with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Specific Qualifications (if required)

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Experience:
1-5 years of experience working in a trading support or operations role within the financial services industry. Experience in fixed income markets is a plus.
· Knowledge:
o Understanding of fixed income products, market conventions, and trading workflows.
o Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial industry is desirable. Risk awareness (e.g. Operational, Market, Credit risk).
o Knowledge of BNPP systems would be a plus.
