About the job

  • The mission of a BNP Paribas Factor Commercial and Financial Assistant is to provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of client onboarding, contract management and service delivery. His mission is also contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the commercial process.                                                           

Your Main Activities Are

  • Update and maintain information in the CRM system and other databases daily
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, client activity and department metrics
  • Prepare credit committee proposals for the risk department
  • Work closely with the sales team to support client onboarding and follow-up processes
  • Provide the necessary administrative and operational assistance to facilitate the sales team's goals
  • Manage the invoicing process for brokers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, managing client files and organizing departmental documentation
  • Handle client documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing and processing contracts and amendments
  • Track key performance indicators and ensure alignment with the department's goals
  • Identify inefficiencies in administrative or operational processes and suggest improvements
  • Ensure that all activities and records adhere to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between the commercial team and other departments
