Learning & Development Partner
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in HR (in various positions)
At least 1 year of experience in conducting L&D projects
Fluent English
Proficiency in MS Office and MS365
Understanding of adult learning principles
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a keen attention to detail
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with leaders across the organization to identify training needs and design impactful learning solutions
Facilitating the rollout of training programs, managing logistics and scheduling
Developing learning materials and resources
Defining KPIs, analyse the results of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
Keeping up to date with industry trends and L&D best practices
