Junior Transfer Agency Specialist with German
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Fund Industry or financial background is nice to have
- Fluent English and German
- Strong attention to details and high accuracy
- MS Office knowledge
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn
- Accuracy and attention to details
Responsibilities:
- Working with closed-end funds – processing Subscriptions/Redemptions/Reinvestments.
- Sending cash and security instructions to the market – processing the booking advices.
- Ensuring that transfer of securities and cash is processed correctly on the market.
- Reconciliation process.
- Maintaining the client’s data in appropriate systems (funds and investors).
- Ensure the timely escalation of problems to team leader/ head of department.
- Immediately highlight incidents and all control breakdowns to management of department relationship managers and risk department
- Input of manual instructions in the system
- Monitoring of pending trades and settlement of inputted instructions
- Processing of Claims from Clients and Counterparties and internal and external Clients queries via phone/mail/teams
- Monitoring and clarification of stock and cash discrepancies
