Junior Specialist Derivatives Ownership Verification
Requirements:
- Education: Bachleor of Science or above (field of study: finance, banking, accounting, investment),
- Fluent English speaking & writing (C1),
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork,
- Ability to deliver/results driven,
- Good communication skills, both oral and written,
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Performs reconciliation for clients positions and identify the discrepancies to secure its resolution.
- Supports the preparation of KPI to report current business status.
- Prepares the final certification file for depositary certification with reconciliation status & justification to facilitate audit requirements.
- Supports the on-boarding of new client/product to enable regulatory duty.
- Monitors and takes action on the relevant incoming email request to provide operational excellence.
- Average number of units reconciled monthly – 5000, numbers of emails handled on a daily basis – 20, numbers of clients managed daily – 5 to 10.
