IT Director

Main responsibilities are as follows:

• IT Infrastructure and IT Development teams management,
• development of the company's efficiency based on advanced technologies and tools,
• proactive delivery of IT tools and services at a level enabling the achievment of business goals (a.o. automation and digitization of the organization),
• asset management to maintain business continuity and technological development of the company,
• creating, monitoring and implementing the IT budget in accordance with the plan,
• operational management of IT Security in accordance with group standards,
• maintaining and developing cooperation and relationships with key service providers and recipients,
• providing the necessary reports and analyses (cyclical and ad-hoc) required by the Group and the internal client.

Candidate profile:

• significant management experience in an IT environment,
• sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems and developments,
• higher education in computer science or a related fiels,
• experience in service delivery and SLA management,
• fluent polish and english,
• strong leadership and project management skills,
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• ability to drive change,
• impact/ ability to influence.
