What are your responsibilities?

  • Helping drivers to choose their cars or means of transport / transport service
  • Monitoring the contract conditions (car policy, framework agreement, etc.)
  • Detecting new needs and translating them into Arval products: charging stations, insurance, fuel cards, bicycles, car sharing, etc.
  • Answering incoming questions and e-mails in consultation with internal experts (purchasing, insurance, maintenance, etc.) by telephone and e-mail

What are the basic requirements for the position?

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent through experience
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and French
  • Commercial drive
  • Hands-on and highly adaptable attitude

  • Ability to work independently and acquire the right knowledge and expertise on the job and take the necessary responsibility
  • An eye for detail and quality work to ensure the best possible service
  • Analytical thinking skills to help optimise existing processes
  • A result-oriented approach to achieve your own objectives and those of the team
  • A dynamic personality that enables you to give the necessary input to the team, colleagues and customers to increase their involvement
