About Businessline/Function :
The Finance Solutions Office (FSO) in ISPL is in charge of providing the below services worldwide:
· Steer the end-to-end implementation of Finance projects by responding to Business Line and F&S requirements in a timely manner
· Implement and maintain a harmonized Finance operating model across the Group with a particular focus on the roll-out of One Financial System(OFS),cornerstone of the F&S strategy
Within the Finance Solutions Office, the OFS Rollouts team is in charge of the following activities:
· Drive the migration strategy globally, along with the Finance Target Operating Model implementation worldwide, in full collaboration with ITG FRESH
· Execute migration projects relying on a global Migration Competence Centre (MCC) and the regional set up in EMEA, APAC and Americas
· Ensure Target Operating Model principles are applied and adapted when needed in the regions, in close collaboration with the Finance Academy

Position Purpose
The main responsibility of this role is to manage, implement, coordinate and drive the migration activities pertaining to a large scale General Ledger migration project for APAC with key responsibilities as listed below
Responsibilities
n Assist the project teams with migration of the General ledger for APAC from Legacy GL to Target GL
n Drive and manage the migration testing of new financial accounting systems and various reporting streams throughout of the testing phases of the migration project (From the Legacy GL to target GL)
n Provide a validation of changes to the reporting streams and users after each testing phase of the project
n Perform specific analysis on any user requested topics in the Financial Reporting, Liquidity Reporting, Management accounting, Performance Management and Credit risk reporting streams during the testing phases and aftercare phases
n Resolve functional data quality issues within the framework of the migration, provide support to production teams during test phases and also in after care mode once the target is live for an entity
n Manage the communication with the different stakeholders in BNPP & share best practices and solutions across different regions
n Contribute to enhancement, standardization and automation of the new financial systems
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
n Good accounting knowledge of banking products/activity
n Knowledge of financial reporting processes in Banking and Capital Market industry
n Knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) activities and products
n Good communication (oral and written), organisation and documentation skills.
n IT skills: Excel advanced user, database consultation (SQL, Business Objects), PowerPoint. Knowledge of Finance tools and systems would be a plus.

Specific Qualifications (if required)
n 5-7 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms.
n Experience as business analyst/project manager/Functional Testing in Finance systems/interfaces implementation/migration projects (business analysis, functional requirements, User Acceptance testing) appreciated.
n Experience of working in international environment appreciated
