As Digital Assets Product Manager you’ll be a part of the Global Markets – FICC COO team. The role consists in driving innovation, defining strategy and contribute actively to the development and integration of Digital Assets within Global Markets, in strong collaboration with CIB.
Contributing to market initiatives, regulatory working group and with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Front officer, Legal, IT (security and developers). You’ll have an impact on design, planning and execution for the future developments of the Bank’s key digital initiative.
Digital Assets Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital assets initiatives across Global Markets (Bonds, Rates, Issuance, Repo, etc.) in a global setup (US, APAC, EMEA).
- Define and execute Global Markets Digital Assets strategy, identifying digital assets platforms and integration, exploring opportunities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Advocate and coordinate blockchain/ Distributed ledger technology (DLT) initiatives, including workshops, business requirements, governance, and prioritization of new features
- Provide expertise on digital assets and blockchain.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Trading, Tech, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to improve digital asset platforms and ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain documentation digital asset platforms.
- Propose and implement innovations to improve processes, address cross-functional challenges, and enhance customer experience.
- Promote digital assets strategy internally and externally.
- Influence and support team decision-making and offering strategic guidance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (C1), both written and spoken.
- Higher degree engineering, finance, or computer science field.
- Strong experience in investment banking.
- Experience in digital product management or project management.
- Experience in geographically spread teams (eg. UK, US, EU, APAC).
- Knowledge on financial products (ie Bonds, Rates, Corporate Actions) is highly valuable.
- Experience in the Blockchain/Crypto/Digital assets preferred not mandatory but highly valuable.
- Proactively able to think strategically, identify areas of development and takes initiative to implement relevant actions, in the short, medium and long term.
- Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.
