Job Description

  • Contributing operation on Call system
    • Managing operate to Call system (PBX, IVR, CTI, Voice Recording, ERS) server of stability.
    • Being dedicated to enhancing Call system strategy and business support.
    • Maintaining call system  by reflecting changes according to users’ request.
    • Enhancing user supporting services on Call system .
    • Being immediate response to Call system  failure.
    • Lead technical projects by self, in the scope of technical upgrades.

  • Contributing operation on Backoffice (Claim, SUN, EMS, Image Scan, Webfax, BIMS)

    • Managing operate to backoffice system server of stability.
    • Being dedicated to enhancing backoffice system strategy and business support.
    • Enhancing user supporting services on backoffice system.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 yrs of work experience as IT - Operatiosn & Planning in Insuarnce (financial) industry
  • Language: Korean - Fluent / English - Proficient enough to participate in global meetings and capable of writing documents.
  • Knowledge of Call Center infrastructure (CTI, IVR, Recording) and applications.
  • Understanding of VoIP, telephony systems, and PBX protocols.
  • Ability to design call routing and skill-based routing logic.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using logs, traces, and network packets.
  • Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and database-driven events.
