Transaction Banking Americas provides solutions to improve and optimize the working capital of financial institutions and corporate clients worldwide. This division encompasses four different businesses operating as a strategic unit to address core client needs:
- Global Trade Solutions is to provide clients with services and tailored solutions to mitigate risk in trade transactions, propose financing and optimize working capital management. The two main product groups are Traditional Trade and Working Capital optimization.
- Corporate Treasury, Liquidity & Investment Advisory (CTLIA) provides Investment, Cash Management & Channel solutions for the Americas; offering advice to our clients to optimize their Liquidity structures while adequately funding BNP Paribas’ balance sheet.
- International Cash Management provides solutions that enable our clients to manage and optimize their cash flows and liquidity worldwide by leveraging the BNP Paribas global network.
- Transaction Solutions for Banks supports the BNP Paribas global network and provides third-party financial institutions worldwide with comprehensive services to meet their domestic clients’ international payment and trade needs.

Responsibilities:
The CTLIA Cash Management & Liquidity Sales Analyst/Associate partners with Senior Sales & Advisory to drive business acquisition for the CTLIA business for North America with a focus on Multi National clients of the BNPP group. This role supports the Cash Management and liquidity solutions platform which sells Cash Management & Liquidity capabilities to its clients in the region, meeting revenue and client acquisition targets linked to fee and NII revenues. The Analyst / Associate provides support on client pitch materials, proposals, analysis on the most appropriate cash & liquidity structure & outwardly market the banks capabilities both internally and externally ensuring professionalism at all times. Identify cross sell opportunities for the wider Transaction Banking team and effectively communicate and partner with colleagues across products and geographies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sales Support & Account Management - Day to day management of client activities, inquiries and sales support needs of the advisors; Provides “front-to-back” support for client onboarding of Cash Management & Liquidity & Investment Offering, acting as key liaison to Client Service, Implementation, Legal, etc.
- Drive Revenue & Support Funding Needs – Support funding needs of GBA through active management of Time Deposit book, pricing negotiation and deposit desk execution
- Liaison - Contribute to the overall success of the platform’s long term performance by liaising between the Sales & Advisors, and the Coverage Team.
- Commercialization – Develop marketing materials and client presentations for client interactions; research / analysis of market trends in order to make recommendations for clients.
- Contribute to idea generation on how to continually improve processes in an effort to create efficiencies relating to internal and external processing and reporting.
- Produce analysis on impacts of sales strategy on profitability and impact of operational cash flows for the balance sheet
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of experience covering in Cash Management and Liquidity solutions
- Degree level education (Bachelor’s)
- Understanding of transaction banking; in particular cash management (payments, receivables, accounts & connectivity) and liquidity / investment solutions (cash pooling, time deposits, money market funds)
- Advanced Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Strong written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Self-starter, Highly and efficiently organized, and able to multi-task.
- Resilient and committed – able to deliver within tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CTP or similar qualification

The expected starting salary range for thisposition is between $125,000 to $155,000 annually. The actual salary may vary basedupon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience,time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line,and geographic/office location.
