To obtain the Housing and Environment certification, the projects must satisfy at least six of the seven following environmental criteria:
1. Environmental management of the operation
2. Clean worksite
4. Choice of materials
6. User health and comfort
7. Environmentally friendly actions
Meunier Habitat became the first certified Housing and Environment promoter for the realization of communal buildings in the Paris region with its pilot operation, the residence Tenor in Courbevoie, completed in April 2006, for which all seven criteria were fulfilled.
The signature of this protocol confirms Meunier Habitat's strong commitment to sustainable development.
