Senior Regulatory MI Compliance Officer (all genders) at Corporate & Institutional Banking

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Management of an appropriate setup for Swap Dealer & Banking Regulations (Volcker Rule, French Banking Law, US CFTC Swap Dealer, SEC SBSD) and Client Fiscal Regulations as the 2nd LoD
- SPOC towards the business teams and the 1st LoD for Swap Dealer & Banking Regulations, supporting and supervising both in their roles
- Contribution to projects and remediation efforts for MI related requirements
- SPOC towards the Group, especially central stakeholders from the MI Domain
- Coordination of certifications in context of Banking Regulations together with LoD1
- Coordination of the local contribution for regular or exceptional audits or reportings both for the Group and regulators
- Close collaboration with the rest of the local MI team to share knowledge and gather experience in other MI related processes
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Business, banking or finance related studies or banking apprenticeship
- Multi years of professional experience in a compliance/risk/audit function or similar
- General understanding of regulatory requirements for financial institutions
- Ability and willingness to learn about new subjects and tasks and to share knowledge with others
- Good organization and coordination competences, including the preparation of detailed plans
- Fluent in German and English
