Senior Account Manager (all genders) Tax Services at Securities Services

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

  • Ensuring that clients are paid as per their fiscal obligations and manage tax relief at source and tax reclaims on our client’s behalf
  • Ensuring the implementation of Operational Risk Management procedures and tools in daily business and provide the full support to Risk Management, Compliance and Audit control initiatives
  • Analyzing withholding tax related issues with clients and the relevant internal teams in international operating centers
  • Contributing in projects regarding German tax regime, in detail AbzStEntModG and FASTER
  • Ensuring timely provision of monthly KAP 
  • Collecting data for KPI & KRI-Management and prepare team performance statistics
  • Working closely together with Relationship Management, Sales and Product team providing expertise and support
  • Answering on external client requests and participating in Client Services reviews and calls and participate in presentations accordingly
  • Generating tax reclaims for clients and identifying relevant tax changes

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

  • Academic Master degree in tax/finance/management or bank education
  • Several years of experience in withholding tax mainly in the EU markets
  • Good knowledge with several years of experience within the securities services business, especially in the area of withholding tax services for institutional clients and investors
  • Good knowledge of Custodian operational services, processes and procedures
  • Ability to share ideas and knowledge proactively
  • Ability to work autonomously with precision and accuracy
  • Very good time management
  • Ability to teamwork
  • Fluent German and English language skills in word and writing
