To strengthen our Business Transformation and Mobility department at Suurstoffi in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a dynamic and resilient person as
Operational Risk and Permanent Control & Project Management Office Manager (80-100%, all genders)
Your tasks
- Strengthen the team and support the Head of Operational Risk & Permanent Control and the Project Management Office in designing and implementing project management processes and assure adherence to defined standards
- Act as entry point for Operational Risk & Control Management requests within Arval Switzerland which contains risk assessments, control validations, governance, procedure management, incident identification and reporting, action management in liaison with operational teams
- Ensure effective business continuity and crisis management framework
- Support Project and Product Managers to monitor project progress including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Drafting new and improving existing Project Management policies and processes
- Maintain project methodology governance and its processes to ensure common project approach, deliverables and reporting
- Support the local implementation of the portfolio and project management tools and train respective staff
- Close collaboration with Project and Product Managers and departments to handover projects to the business
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g. Business Administration / Law / Economics / Finance)
- You have between 3 – 5 years of professional experience preferably in complex international corporate organisations
- You have experience in either project management governance and/or process management or in risk and control management, corporate governance, finance, compliance or audit
- You are business fluent in German and English, any other language is an advantage
- You have a strong analytical thinking, a very structured way of working and you are 100% reliable
- You have a positive mindset, you enjoy teamwork and you approach colleagues in a collaborative and supportive manner
