Head of OPC – Securities Services
Main responsibilities:
- Management of the Risk and Control SelfAssessment (RCSA) related Processes
- Implementation of the Group policy related to Operational Permanent Control Framework within the Business line
- Coordinate the delivery/disseminate the 1LoD Control Plan, Métier’s policies, and procedures
- Update the 1LoD Control Plan, in line with the Group’s and/ or the 2LoD Generic Control Plans
- Management support and governance on nonfinancial risk topics
- Coordinate requests and/ or actions raised by the Group, Functions, IG, among others
- Awareness, training and advisory
- Contribute to the Procedures Management, outsourcing framework, TAC/NAC coordination, data management
- framework
- Support 1Lod teams in analyzing and implementing mitigation actions relating to gaps/ anomalies highlighted by
- performed controls, and monitor.
- Ensure periodic and adhoc reporting to the appropriate level of management
- Collect and contribute to the analysis of causes to Operational Risk incidents
- Track to completion and report on findings, recommendations, and Permanent Control actions
- Participate to meetings or Committees subject to tackle operational risks and contribute to the local Internal Control Committees
Position Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or corresponding
- Knowledge on nonfinancial risks
- Communication skills oral and written
- Risk knowledge & awareness (identification, assessment, monitoring)
- Ability to deliver / Results driven
