Business Overview:
Global Securitized Products (GSP) is a strategic Global Capital Markets franchise serving asset managers, banks, corporates, CLO managers, hedge funds, insurers, pension funds and private‑credit funds. GSP is organized around two complementary verticals:
- Origination & Structuring – market‑leading client‑portfolio financing and securitization distribution. An integrated platform that covers ABS, RMBS, CLOs, CMBS, NPL/REOs, private‑debt fund financing and corporate receivables.
- Resource & Portfolio Management – BNPP’s in‑house risk‑transfer expertise, headquartered in EMEA and backed by Portfolio Management teams in the Americas and APAC. This combines synthetic risk‑transfer, the Group credit‑insurance platform and the Greenstar’s credit‑insurance vehicle and works closely with Group Finance on centrally managed synthetic‑risk‑transfer securitizations.
GSP is on an ambitious growth trajectory; a robust, future‑ready permanent‑control framework is essential to protect that growth and meet Group expectations.
