BNP Paribas is the official partner of the "La Folle Journée" music festival in Nantes, Western France.

This classical music Festival takes place every year on the premises of the Cité des Congrès conference facilities in the city of Nantes. It offers a very broad audience a unique opportunity to spend three days in the company of music and musicians, and to enjoy a profusion of concerts.

In the run-up to this event, BNP Paribas has supported the action taken in the schools of Western France to prepare school-children for this 3-day event. Specifically, BNP Paribas funded a tour of the secondary and junior high schools of Loire-Atlantique county by a very original show called "Mozart and Haydn: the Final Meeting", written by Patrick Barbier, a musicologist.

BNP Paribas also partnered Radio Classique for the publication of a special issue of "Le Monde de la Musique" magazine dedicated to Haydn and Mozart. This issue will be distributed to the public free of charge during the "La Folle Journée" festival.
