Helvetia Environnement: the first corporate Green Bond of Switzerland

Helvetia Environnement, the Swiss leader in waste management and recycling, issued the first corporate Green Bond of Switzerland in 2017. This transaction enabled the company to boost its development strategy towards circular economy and preservation of the environment. The funds were used to build an in-house biodiesel production branch by using recyclable materials and to an innovative sorting center.
